Situated 9 km from the historical centre of Reggio Emilia, at the foot of Reggio hills, it was constructed in the late 1800s and is under protection of the law on cultural heritage and environment. Villa is surrounded by a park of 22,000 m2 of surface area and is furnished with original furniture of the 19th century. In the Villa there is also an Acetaia, for the domestic production of traditional balsamic vinegar . For more than 60 years is owned by the family Arnòy. The Villa has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with twin beds. The rooms are conveniently located on the ground floor of the Villa and each has its own bathroom. The kitchen is at guests' disposal. The Bed and Breakfast is open from early May to late October.

Villa is the perfect base for wonderful day trips, followed by several hours of pleasant rest away from the heat at the end of the long summer days. From the Villa you can easily reach the art cities of Parma and Modena, the castle of Torrechiara, Vignola, villa ducale in Sassuolo, Canossa, site of an important historical event of the middle ages, museums, such as the splendid gallery Magnani Rocca, or the Ferrari Museum, ideal for motoring enthusiasts. For lovers of contemporary art, the collection Maramotti Foundation, in Reggio Emilia. The city of Reggio has at least three churches worth a visit: the Cathedral, San Prospero and the Basilica della Ghiara, a major Museum, and picturesque squares which on Tuesday and Friday morning come alive for the big weekly markets. Numerous cycling trails allow you to explore and discover the beautiful landscapes of the Appennino reggiano.
