330 sq. ft. of beautiful bedroom with mahogany floors with a private bathroom (shower) of 15 sq. ft. in a colonial styled villa with over 4,000 sq. ft. of living spaces. Additional external porch and balcony areas with access to a swimming pool on a lower level. The swimming pool is salt water with a water heater. Wooden teak decks and picnic benches for spending quiet time outdoors. Panoramic views to the city of Port of Spain and to the valleys of St. Ann's. Bedroom has a work desk with task lighting, book shelf, queen sized bed with 2 nights stands each with shade lamps. Extra futon included in room. 42 flat screen TV with free NetFlix. Cable only on request if needed. 8 feet of built in cupboards with all necessary amenities such as iron and ironing board, small refrigerator (with chilled bottle of water every day per guest), First Aid kit, hair dryer.
