The house is situated in the heart of a large garden filled with animals. A box and a prairie are available. Located in Ittre (the Belgium centre), it is an ideal base for leisure. It is also a quiet and equipped refuge for work (Internet wi-fi). Close to Nivelles, Braine-le-Château and less than 30 minutes from Brussels (car or train). Spacious accommodation arranged on two levels in a building of the 18th century. Ground floor: independent entrance through the barn to the house. Kitchen room-dining with garden views. Fridge, sink, 2 hobs conventional oven and microwave, percolator, toaster, Chair for child. Access to the barn and the Garden: barn with table tennis, garden to South with furniture and barbecue. Goat and sheep decorate and live in the garden. Parking space for a car in the property. Floor: large room of 50 m² with oak and floor frame.
The house is close to many attractions: the nature reserve of the former Brussels-Charleroi canal; the structures of the old and the new channel (the inclined plane of Ronquiere, boatlifts of Strépy and the old hydraulic lifts on the canal of the centre, the turning bridge in Arquennes, locks); the site of the battle of Waterloo; the cities of Nivelles and Hal. Brussels is accessible within 3/4 of an hour by train from the station of Hennuyères. And then in Belgium, nothing is never far away: Bruges, Antwerp, Namur, Pairi Daiza Park, etc. Finally, car-free, there are charming forest of local GR 655 via Gallia Belgica which leads to Compostela, Ravel trails and small charming villages.
