The holiday house is a spacious 100 year-old renovated farmhouse. The house is located in the tiny hamlet Fougerat surrounded by the beautiful hills of the Combrailles. The house is suitable for 3 persons. Fougerat is part of the village of Saint Magnier (2 km.); the town of Pionsat with all the necessary facilities is 3 km. There is a cosy garden where you can spend the day enjoy the sun and the french rural life. In the morning a delicious breakfast with a croissant and delicious fresh French bread; the Baker comes here at the door. In the sunny garden next to the house you can relax with a good book and a glass of French wine and in the evening with a barbecue. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, this apartment has, in addition to peace and nature, also the necessary facilities including a cosy living room with wood burning stove and stereo set, a fully equipped kitchen with a cosy dining area and all cooking facilities and a separate toilet. On the first floor you will find a spacious bedroom (25 m2) with a large double bed (160 x 200) and an antique French bed (120 x 190). Also you will find there the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
