Our brand new Klimahaus with two beautiful and comfortable apartments is located in a quiet street of the game - 3 minutes to the beach by the Lake Weissensee. There is a a Bank and free public transport bus stop near grocer - also for Sunday buns, various restaurants. 300 metres to the tourism and hiking information centre WIZ Weissensee. Generous EC garden apartment increased 63 m² with very quiet bedroom, double bed and two large closets. Bright and sunny living room with another double sofa bed, dining area and reading corner. 37 inch flat screen TV with DVD / CD player, radio, HiFi system, telephone and fast Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and Tupperware. WC and wash basin increased modern bathroom with shower. Highlight: Your 25 m² wooden terrace South facing with awning and beautiful garden furniture. Air-conditioned loading and venting system for getting fresh air in the rooms! Both apartments are well equipped. Pure relaxation on your terrace, facing South in the middle of a large flower and shrub garden. A barbecue and campfire site becomes available on a sunny plateau with picnic bench. Real baby wooden cots or youth bed (70x140cm) and high chair, etc. for children and barbecue and campfire site with picnic bench for the large.
