The Guest House offers tourists or to those who are passing through on business in this beautiful land of wine, a fully furnished accommodation, autonomous and independent, suitable for a family of four people. It is composed of a large, fully equipped kitchen with: fridge, stove and oven, toaster, plates, glasses, pots, pans, ect …, a big bathroom with shower and jacuzzi and washing machine, living room with a comfortable sofa, TV and free wi-fi internet connection, a double bedroom and moreover if needed, other two single beds. There is also an open space self-enclosed by the kitchen at complete guests’ disposal. In the entrance garden, two car places and two bicycles are available. You will be able to take part in the cherry harvest in June and the apple picking in September, in the orchard behind the house which can also be used to take the sun on the grass or relax under the shadow of big fruit trees. In front of the Guest House, there is a riding ground for horseback riding or riding lessons. The very good knowledge of the English Language of the owner is used to welcome guests and to counsel, if requested, interesting places to visit or nearby restaurants where to eat typical Piedmontese dishes and to drink excellent wines.

The town of Incisa Scapaccino, literally “incised” between the torrent Belbo, is so called in memory of Giovanni Battista Scapaccino, Carabineer, first gold medal of the Italian Army. Located in the middle of the gentle hills of Monferrato, just 4 km away from the town of Nizza Monferrato and 10 km from Canelli (city of wine), it is in the southern province of Asti, almost equidistant from the centers of Asti (medieval town where every third Sunday of September the “Palio”, race horse with jockeys between the various districts, is run), Alessandria (set in the centre of the triangle “Torino-Milano-Genova” is an important motorway and railway junction for the 3 cities), Acqui Terme (roman and spa town famous for its healthy and sulphurous waters) and Alba (set in the heart of the hills of Langhe, is famous for its white truffle whose fair takes place in the month of October). It is divided into “Borghi”, among which the ancient “Borgo Villa” deserves mention for its medieval origins still evident, as Carmine Church (former Convent), and San Giovanni Battista Church which has become Sanctuary of the Carabineers Service (in memory of Giovanni Battista Scapaccino). Here, in Borgo Villa, on the second Saturday of July, the historical commemoration named “Incisa 1514” takes place: this is a folkloristic feast in medieval costumes with food and wine tasting.
