Two bedroom Casa do Campo style property (country cottage) decorated in greens and blues with a fresh spacious feel. There are windows on all four sides of the cottage, so the breeze can be caught when required. There is a compact but well equipped kitchen with all you need for a self catering holiday including four ring gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, large fridge freezer, etc. Dining table and chairs for four people and sofa and wicker chairs. Television and radio /CD player. Outside is a private gated garden with a lawn sided by a lush garden of hibiscus, orange tree, elderflower, stralitza, etc. A very large outdoor table provides ample space for 'al fresco' dining with the portable barbecue. A gate leads to the main gardens of over 8,500 m2 and the large, 9m x 6m swimming pool, which are shared with just FOUR other properties.

The centre of historic Lagos is 15 to 20 minutes by foot. Lagos is something of a rarity in the Algarve, for not only does it boast some of the region's finest beaches, but it is also an ancient town that is steeped in history. A fortress, centuries old, stands guard at the entrance to the river, which leads to the magnificent international Marina. From the river, fishermen can be seen unloading their boats; at the quayside, meals or coffee can be taken while basking in the sun, watching the boats come in and out. Further along the coastline, close to the town, are beaches of soft golden sands and beautiful rock formations. Lagos has the feet of a 'real' Portuguese community and has a host of excellent restaurants and lively late night bars along the harbour-side promenade.
Location AccessHouse Lagos
The house is located on the west of Lagos, about 5 minutes drive from the centre and from motorway junction one. There is off street parking right outside the cottage. The nearest long sandy beach is 20 mins by foot and the town centre at the same distance in the other direction.
