The two storey villa has a guest house of 90sq.m. on the top floor and another 110sq.m on the lower all situated on a plot of 4500sq.m. all to itself! Every house has two bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, dining are and a fully equipped and specious kitchen. The views from the verandas are breathtaking. Looking to the south you see the Vourkari bay and the lighthouse, to the northwest the horseshoe of the sandy beach of Otzias bay and to the north the rising Cycladic hills. The climate of the area is sunny, dry and breezy making the hot summer days bearable and the winter days mild. The location of the house is on a terraced hillside, with a serene rural atmosphere and the occasional singing of finches and partridges. It is built using the local stone according to the architectural tradition of the island country houses and unobtrusively incorporates modern living and facilities. The house is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden.

Kea (or Tzia) is a picturesque Cycladic island, one hour away from the port of Lavrio. It is conveniently close to Athens airport which is half an hour away from Lavrio. The landscape of Tzia is full of hills and valleys covered with bushes and royal oak forests where wildlife finds refuge. The land is covered with a variety of aromatic herbs, spreading along ancient marked paths making the island famous to walkers. There are numerous free beaches around the island with crystal clear waters and idyllic scenery exceeding the requirements of “Blue Flag” nomination. Tzia has archaeological remains from Paleolithic ages, white miniature chapels, stone windmills and an imposing monastery overlooking the Aegean. Korissia (10 min away) is a lively port ideal for evening strolls and dining out. The capital Ioulida (20 min away), situated on the top of the island, has architectural interest and its narrow winding pebble streets.
