Beautiful old Portuguese style villa, spacious 6.500 qm natural garden, very close to the sea, family owned since more than 40 years, successfully let since over 25 years, constantly renovated and modernized, double glazing, several terraces, very individually furnished, very efficient log stove, well equipped kitchen –guest comment: have never seen a kitchen in a holiday home that well equipped-, 3-4 bedrooms, 4 shower-bathrooms with 4 toilets, upper bedroom with own sun terrace, many sitting areas in the garden, very individual, spaciously fenced in pool in the garden away from the house, very private, pool lighting exterior and interior, 3 pool tables, one in the shadows under a huge pine tree, pool service, maid and gardener. Ideally located away from the tourist activities, but only 0,5km – 1,3km footwalk from the restaurants and village, 350m from Centianes beach.

The villa garden and pool allow for undisturbed leisure time during the day and in the evening without having to go to the tourist village. However restaurants and the village are only a short footwalk of 0,5-1,3 km away. Apart from the restaurants you find several small shops in the village, a bakery and a municipal market in the mornings selling fresh fish, meat and vegetables, and several supermarkets in driving distance of 3-5km on the way to Lagoa such as Intermarche, Apolonia, Aldi, Pingo Doce, Netto and a bit further in Parchal towards Portimao or in Silves 2 Lidl-supermarkets. There are splendid beaches close by from 350m to 5km, and many more further away. A 9 hole golf-course is just about 1km away, two 18 hole golf-courses in 6 km distance. Right next door there are 4 Hotel-owned tennis-courts and more club-managed courts in 2 and 5km distance. The villa is ideally located for walking hikes along the coast towards the east and west, and for car-excursions to the West- and East-Algarve, the Monchique hills and the vast Alentejo.
Location AccessVilla Carvoeiro
Access to the villa is easy. Taxi or airport transfers will take about 45min drive for the approx. 65km from the airport to the villa. By rental car you take either the national road N 125 or the toll highway A22, both towards Portimao, up to Lagoa. In Lagoa you take the road towards Carvoeiro, and from the center the street Estrada do Farol towards the lighthouse –Farol-. After 1,3km, after a sharp right bend, you will find the entrance to CdM.
